How to delete your account
You can delete your Yabadoo! Trip account on iOS and Android at any time. The app is provided by Yabadoo sp. z o.o.
In the app

1 Open the account menu
Launch Yabadoo! Trip and tap your avatar in the top right corner.

2 Go to Account settings
In the menu, tap “Account settings”.

3 Tap “Delete account”
The button is at the bottom of the screen. Confirm the deletion. Your account and data are deleted straight away. This cannot be undone.
Without the app
No longer have the app or access to your account? Write to privacy@yabadoo.pl from the e-mail address linked to your account and tell us whether you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook. We will delete your account and confirm by e-mail within one month at the latest.
What happens to your data
When you delete your account, we delete straight away and for good:
- your account and profile data, including your name and e-mail address,
- your phone number, if you shared it with your crew,
- your participation in trips and crews,
- your last shared location, your settings and notification data.
Nothing is kept. Once your account is deleted, we do not store any of your data.
The Google, Apple or Facebook account you sign in with is not affected. You can also remove Yabadoo! Trip’s access in its settings.
